Comfy place, caring staff, absolutely fabulous views. Our room was fashionable with a big size bathroom. The staff did all they can for a comfortable stay. The location was absolutely perfect, short walk from Ponsonby Baptist Church.

The place was spotless and staff were fantastic friendly, I loved simply wonderful location. Upscale unit with a nice decor. The beach was tidy.

Location and staff are exceptional, I loved the special atmosphere. It's found in a vibrant area, just a walk down to many landmarks of Auckland. Lots of cafes and nice restaurants near to the hotel. Quick check-in, late check-out...

Awesome views and fancy facility. I liked a convenient decor and chic furniture. Thanks to COOL staff the entire hotel was fairly clean. Had no problem using their small parking, the internet was great.
